In accordance of tax laws that prohibit donations designated to an individual, funds raised to support individuals for mission trips will go into a pool to support the entire mission trip and its participants. Individual support will be tracked internally to determine the effectiveness of the individual's ability to raise support. Christ's Church of the Valley must have full control of the donated funds and discretion as to their use in order for your donation to be tax deductible.

Registration deadline is September 1, 2020 at midnight. You must have your passport in hand by this date.

Requirements:Failure to commit to these requirements means CCV has the right to ask you not to participate in the trip.
Trip Cost: $2500 per person
Included in this fee: Airfare from Phoenix to Osaka, accommodations, transportation and meals while in country. This fee also covers medical insurance, visa fee, luggage fees, and pre-trip materials. Not included: Passport fees, any shots you elect to get, and any personal spending money for meals during travel and souvenirs.
$250 deposit per person is non-refundable at the time of registration. If a cancellation is made after airline tickets have been purchased you will be responsible for the cost of the ticket. Final Balance is due one week prior to the trip’s departure date.
