Our team will gather at StreetLightUSA to:
- Learn about commercial sex exploitation of children and the ministry of StreetLightUSA.
- Do work projects at the campus - whatever they need done
- Prepare and share a meal with the staff and/or residents.
If you have a heart for inner-city ministry or more specifically, sex trafficking, reaching the lost in our own community, and seeing people triumph out of adversity, this will be a great way to begin engaging and serving in our City.
The primary objective of this trip is to gain awareness and to on-ramp you to potentially volunteer regularly with StreetLightUSA. Work projects and interaction with the residents they have on campus are secondary to this objective.
You will provide your own transportation TO and FROM StreetLightUSA. Located in Glendale, AZ.
Cost: $30/person. Covers cost of meals and project supplies.
