Peoria Campus
IT: Full-time
We’re looking for a Systems Administrator who will care deeply for people, own core infrastructure, and partner closely with our Rock RMS team and ministries. You’ll steward a reliable, secure, and scalable environment across VMware ESXi/vCenter, Windows/Linux servers, Veeam, Nimble SAN, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Teams Phone, Fortinet and Cisco networking.
Adult Ministries: Full-time
The focus of the Guest Services Pastor is to help create and lead the overall guest experience on the campus for all ministry events and experiences. As the Guest Services Pastor, you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing, volunteer recruitment and development takes place within the ministry.
Leadership Institute: Full-time
The CCV Leadership Institute Residency Program is a 10-month immersive experience designed to equip emerging ministry leaders with the spiritual formation, leadership development, and hands-on training needed for full-time vocational ministry. Through a combination of classroom instruction, mentorship, and practical ministry engagement, residents are prepared to lead with excellence and impact the local church.
Laveen Campus
Next Gen: Full-time
The mission of Christ’s Church of the Valley is to win people to Jesus Christ, train believers to become disciples, and send disciples to impact the world. The Students Ministry supports the mission of CCV by shaping students to become Christ-centered difference makers. The Students Pastor will assist pastoring Junior and Senior High students through recruiting, training, and retaining youth coaches, as well as implementing Junior and Senior High school programs and events. The Students Pastor will also assist in growing the campus in all areas numerically such as attendance, coaches, and baptisms.
Verrado Campus
The Kids Pastor is responsible for building a team that leads and executes CCV Kids ministry by inspiring others to serve in CCV Kids. The Kids Pastor will also focus on recruiting and leading volunteers and connecting with families.
The Special Needs Pastor will collaborate with the Kids/Students Ministry to ensure that children, teens, and adults are included to the greatest extent possible. The Special Needs Pastor will assist the ministry efforts of the Kids Ministry by providing excellence in the implementation, development, and execution of Special Needs services on the campus.
