A Letter From Ashley Wooldridge

What a year it has been! As we reflect on all that God has done in 2025, one number rises above the rest: 9,299 baptisms. Honestly, it’s hard for me to wrap my mind around that number. Our posture as a church is that we take no credit for what He’s doing. We are thankful to witness the movement of God’s Spirit like this. There’s revival in our city, and we believe this is only the beginning.

At CCV, our mission has always been clear: Win, Train, Send. We exist to win people to Christ, train believers to become disciples, and send disciples to impact the world. This year, we’ve seen God expand that mission in powerful ways across Arizona.

As you explore this Annual Report, you’ll see meaningful numbers and milestones, but behind every number is a story. A person whose life has been changed by Jesus. Baptisms celebrated. Groups growing. Students impacted. Communities transformed. Generosity unleashed. Every piece pointing to the same truth: God is transforming our cities and state.

We still have a long way to go in our vision of reaching our entire state for Christ. Thank you to each of you who faithfully give, serve, and lead. Your partnership makes this mission possible, and because of your obedience and generosity, God continues to do extraordinary work through CCV here, near and far.

Our word for the year was POSTURE. I pray we continue to have a posture of humility and dependence on the God who wants to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine.

    On December 22 2024, we expanded outside the Valley and stewarded CCV Verde Valley into its next chapter with 1,197 people attending Christmas services.

    In 2026, we will start breaking ground in South Buckeye and Desert Ridge to expand across greater Phoenix!

  • Reaching beyond Arizona

    Having served Peoria campus for many years, we ushered the original worship tent into an exciting new era to serve future ministries. More on that in 2026!

This year, CCV Music released the Hollow Deluxe album, Moments 002 instrumental album and one Spanish album, Tu Proveeras. CCV Music also released the singles "Bad Weather," "Nothing But Good," "Joy To the World," & "Christmas Feels Different.". These songs have been used regularly throughout our weekend services.

Each week, we walk with a number of families through memorial services. Always offered free of charge across all 18 campuses, these services provide compassionate care for those navigating loss. If you or someone you love has experienced a challenging year, we’re here for you and invite you to connect with a Pain to Purpose group near your campus.

2025 STEWARDSHIP


We dedicate 10% of our annual budget to Missions, Benevolence, and Multiplication. As CCV seeks to reach the Valley and beyond for Christ, we dedicate 25-30% of our budget toward future campus and ministry expansions. We allocate the remaining portion of our budget to core ministries. This ensures our church, ministries, and communities are being cared for while reaching new families and individuals alike. We manage these finances with deep commitment to stewardship and the belief that every dollar can further the Kingdom.
