Challenge Ministries- Eswatini, June - Mission Trip

CCV has a great opportunity to travel to the south of Africa to a work we helped begin in Bulembu, Swaziland in 2006. This is a nation ravaged by HIV/AIDS, with very low economy, that is benefiting greatly from enterprise and economy boosting business and HIV/AIDS awareness and treatment through organizations like Bulembu Ministries. Our team will visit, work alongside them, and catch the vision for more development that's underway.

Trip Dates: June 21 - July 1, 2024

Trip Leader: Nancy Coughlin

Registration Deadline will be April 15, 2024 at midnight or when it fills up.

What will we be doing? This trip is designed to allow us the privilege of witnessing the work and serving alongside Challenge Ministries- rural church plants throughout Eswatini's kingdom and Bulembu ministries in the child/orphan care, Christian academy, and clinic. We'll spend days with the local men and women who are working hard to transform their community.  Specific itinerary will be determined in the few weeks before the trip.   Flexibility is key!

FUNDRAISING, Donations, and Payment INFORMATION:

We absolutely encourage fundraising. Very few people pay for the trip on their own. Number 1 way is to send support letters. Tell your friends and family about the trip, share with them the ministry, and ask them to donate. Number 2 way is to put in some hard work and do garage sales and car washes, get together with other team members to make a bigger impact. You will talk about this when you get together as a team. Any donations made to CCV for your trip will be tax deductible. Payments for your own trip are considered payments and are not tax deductible.
