We are excited to share with you an update on the construction and ministries of our new church in San Jose!
We have been able to construct a second stairway to help with traffic flow, and now one staircase is designated for going up and another for going down. All bathroom doors were installed and the learning environments were decorated. We are now 100% finished with our construction! Because we have been able to achieve all of this, the inauguration of the project took place, officially initiating the activities!
During these months, a good interaction with the community has been achieved through activities carried out by the church and the child development center. We celebrated Children’s Day, creating a space of joy and love for each sponsored child. Mothers' Day was also celebrated, with the purpose of helping families remember the importance of mothers in their children’s development. Evangelistic campaigns have also been carried out in the community, achieving a positive impact on many of the attendees. In the upcoming months, church services will continue to be carried out as well as evangelistic campaigns, evangelization, and discipleship work. We will work with the community on child advocacy issues, through gatherings with parents and supplementary activities.
