Groups Preview is your no pressure chance to check out what Groups at CCV are really like. No awkward icebreakers, no casseroles required.

You’ll meet group coaches, explore options based on your life stage or interests, and maybe even find the kind of crew that helps make faith, family, and real life make more sense.

Whether you’re brand new, have tried groups before, or just aren’t sure this is for you, you’re invited. Bring the family, grab some food, and see what it’s like to do life together… with people you actually connect with.

How it Works

Skip the awkward house visit and come to campus instead! You’ll meet Group Coaches, explore different group options, and connect with others doing the same. Before
you know it, strangers become friends.
Come hungry for food and connection. We’ll have a meal and good conversation waiting.
Come as you are! It’s about finding your people. Be yourself, bring your real-life questions, and come as the person God made you to be. No perfect answers required.
There’s a group FOR you and NEAR you! Whether you find your group or just get a feel for what it’s like, this is an easy first step toward finding community that lasts.
Bringing kids? Childcare is available at all campuses. Check your location for details and make sure to register your kids!

For the Skeptics

Is this going to be weird? (Nope.)
What if I don’t click with anyone? (Totally normal. That’s why we have options.)
Are they going ask me to pray out loud? (Not unless you volunteer. So... you're good.)

For Coaches

This is a great event for new coaches and those with room to grow.

Connect with your Associate Pastor for the opportunity to meet new people, connect with other coaches and share how God’s moving in your group!

How long is the event?

This event will run about 2 hours.

Who can attend?

Groups Preview is designed for adults 18 years and older who are looking to connect with a new Christian community. Whether it’s your first time exploring groups or you’re searching for the right fit, this event is a great opportunity to find a group where you can grow and belong.

Do I need to pre-register?

Pre-registration is not required but strongly recommended to account for food and possible childcare needs. Walk-ups are welcome, so feel free to invite someone to share this experience with you!

Will there be childcare?

Childcare is available across all campuses. When you register, please be sure to register your kids as well. If you already registered and plan to bring your kids, connect with your campus to update them!
