Almost all of us have some kind of trigger or “hot button,” that may, at times or even frequently, powerfully impact relationships. When we aren’t aware of our emotive triggers and how to handle them, we can find ourselves experiencing personal and relational difficulties that can be painful to ourselves and those we care about.

The following assessment will help you identify possible patterns in your life. Your assessment results will provide tips on how you can further explore and manage the underlying emotions and thoughts.
