Hope For Hunger Food Bank Worker
Help run Hope For Hunger Food Bank for a day. Provide emergency food assistance to those in need, serving residents in Glendale, Peoria, and Phoenix. Jobs may include: prepping the campus before opening, packing boxes, cleaning the Food Bank (inside), assisting in light administrative work, or driving the fork lift (requires fork lift driver certification).
Frequency:
Flexible – Ongoing (Opportunities available from 6:00am – 12:00pm, Mon-Thurs)
Requirements:
Volunteers must be 12 years of age or older and complete a Volunteer Authorization and Liability Release Form before serving.
All youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Mentor (Women and Men)
Phoenix Rescue Missionʼs Mentor Program is designed to provide clients with the opportunity to develop a healthy relationship with a mature, knowledgeable, and encouraging Christian mentor. The goal of this program is to build relationships that foster trust and facilitate progress towards successful transition from residential program to independent living with a focus on Christian discipleship, building godly lifelong relationships, and connecting to a local church community. Mentors and mentees will have weekly contact to study and review the PRM Workbook and other supplemental materials for an 8-12 month commitment.

Mission Mobile Pantry
Phoenix Rescue Mission will provide residents in Murphy Community in the 85009 zip code, a mobile Pantry offering supplemental emergency food assistance to those in need . 9:30am - 12:30pm What will volunteers do? Sorting, Boxing and Bagging of Food Light Administrative Assistance (Intake) Clean up (Inside) Helping families carry food out to car.

The first Thursday of every month from 8:30 to 11:30
Requirements:
Must be 14 years old or older.
Anyone under age of 18 must complete a Youth Authorization Form.

We need shopping assistants, line managers, set up and tear down before and after the event and general assistants to help us serve the hundreds of families that need food.
Frequency:
The third Tuesday of every month from 8:30am to 11:30am
Requirements:
