Pastor Juan Carlos and his wife have two children. He and his family are grateful to live very close to the church, allowing them the opportunity to better support the community they serve. Juan has been in church leadership for the last three years but continues to grow in his leadership and knowledge by training with the Biblical Institute.
We are excited to be able to share with you an update on the construction and ministries of our new church in Palmar de Varela! We are currently painting at the church, and we are also plastering and installing electricity in the office. Our construction is nearly complete, so our next steps are to begin dreaming about what God wants to do next in Palmar de Varela through our new construction!
In our ministries, we have been working on evangelistic campaigns in the Palmar de Varela neighborhood, and we’ve also been building up family cell groups in Palmar and surrounding neighborhoods. We’ve also been doing focused evangelism with children and having services for their parents.
From Pastor Juan Carlos: "I wish to express my deepest gratitude for your great generosity, for every prayer, and for the financial support given to the work of the Lord in the municipality of Palmar de Varela where, as we have always said, the dream of God is built. Today I can tell you that we have seen an advance in our ministry. "
Continue to pray for the construction to be completed and for the families of all the sponsored kiddos.
